Job Description

  • Making Recruitment strategies and brainstorming on how and what recruitment strategy is to be followed according to the requirements of the client.

  • Conducting Primary search and planning the tools of recruitment according to the job profile and company.

  • Conducting secondary and final search on the database extracted initially through primary search.

  • Initial screening of CV's/Resumes of potential candidates through different job portals and social media searches or any other sources of Recruitment.

  • Contacting potential candidates and taking initial screening through telephonic conversation.

  • Explaining company profile/client profile and job profile to the potential candidates.

  • Sharing the job profile and company profile and confirming the same with the potential candidates.

  • Sharing CVs of shortlisted candidates with the client and explaining them the potential of each candidate.

  • Close coordination with client/company on a day to day basis.

  • Will be responsible for client interaction and candidate interaction on a regular basis and will act as a facilitator between the two.

  • For niche positions headhunting the right resource will be required through well planned hiring strategies. Discussions and brainstorming for how to go ahead will be required from time to time.

  • Please note that every client handled is a project and the entire recruitment Consulting responsibilities will be on the Freelance HR recruiter/Talent Acquisition Associate and hence he/she will be working like a Project Manager. All things related to the project will be handled by the HR recruiter with the support of the back-end team both at the client's place and in-house.

Freelancing Commission/Fee

Attractive Commission on each closing plus handling charges.
