We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing efforts and propel our brand to new heights. You'll have the opportunity to shape the narrative, build our audience, and drive success across an exciting range of projects, from Offline Marketing to TV commercials, Online Marketing like Digital Marketing to Social media campaigns etc.

A vibrant team of young guns and seasoned veterans, we're a leading video/film production house cum Creative Communication Company in Delhi, recognized for our technical mastery and captivating storytelling. We bring concepts to life, crafting everything from fiction to nonfiction to documentaries and corporate videos, communication material etc thanks to our diverse expertise in video/film production, motion graphics, and 3D animation.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline channels, including social media, digital marketing, branding, ATL & BTL activities, and media planning.
Craft compelling brand messaging that resonates with our target audience and positions us as the go-to production house for all video needs.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including website, social media, and paid advertising.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify opportunities, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Lead and inspire a dynamic marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Who you are:
A seasoned marketing professional with 8-14 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the media or creative industry.
A strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive tangible results.
Strong expertise in both online and offline marketing channels, including social media management, digital marketing, branding, ATL & BTL, and media planning.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze marketing performance and use insights to inform decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment.
Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the video production industry.
