Job Overview: Business Development Manager
As part of our expansion efforts, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow our business in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales and expanding our client base. You will work closely with various organizations, bulk waste generators, and government bodies to ensure our solutions are seamlessly integrated into their e-waste management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and negotiate with corporate clients to promote our e-waste management services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the e-waste management or sustainability sector.
- Strong understanding of environmental sustainability and e-waste management processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
