Why This Role Matters
As a transaction-driven fintech business, finance plays a crucial role in reconciling real-time transactions, managing compliance, and ensuring business scalability. We need someone who understands the fintech DNA and can lead a small team with a hands-on approach — someone who is comfortable working with Tally, managing audits, handling reconciliation reports, and overseeing statutory compliances.
This isn’t your typical finance desk role — this is the command center for financial operations that power thousands of transactions every single day.
Role: Finance & Accounts Executive (Team Lead)
Location: Sector 62, Noida

Experience Required: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP
Manage a small finance/accounts team and ensure timely reporting
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Handle end-to-end bank reconciliations and transaction audits
Reconcile high-volume transactions with platform-level data
Manage commission payouts to channel partners and agents
Coordinate with auditors and cross-functional teams during financial audits
Generate monthly and annual MIS reports for strategic reviews
Support senior leadership in financial planning and forecasting
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for someone who has already worked in a fintech or payments-related company and understands the pace and rigor involved.
You should have:
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations
Proven experience in Tally ERP software
A strong grasp of compliance, tax regulations (GST/TDS), and financial controls
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A background in managing digital transaction reconciliations
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred)
