Social Media Manager
Location: Faridabad (Delhi NCR)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy and Growth: Develop comprehensive social media strategies, budgets, and targets to enhance the company's online presence and drive growth across various platforms.
2. Analytics and Future Planning: Analyze social media performance metrics and draw insights to devise effective future plans and campaigns.
3. Content Creation: Conceptualize and create engaging social media content in multiple formats such as videos, GIFs, stories, and creatives.
4. Copywriting and Posting: Write engaging post copies with relevant hashtags and manage regular posting, including stories.
5. Platform Management: Independently manage and optimize all social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
6. Paid Campaigns: Run paid campaigns on various platforms, backed by proper analytics and performance tracking.
7. Technical and Content Management: Demonstrate content creation, technical management, and excellent communication skills.
8. Audience Engagement: Ensure high levels of audience engagement through consistent and captivating posts and activities.
9. Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and seek approval for campaigns and content.
10. Innovative Strategies: Develop and implement best-in-class social media strategies for current and prospective clients.
11. Social Media Calendar: Plan, update, and oversee the social media calendar, ensuring timely deliverables and meeting deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven working experience in managing social media activities and campaigns, with a deep understanding of various platforms.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
Prior experience of at least 3 years in an agency, digital agency, or content shop would be highly beneficial.
- Team handling experience is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, promotions, and ad campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills to derive actionable insights from data.
- A thorough understanding of digital marketing.
Salary and Benefits:

Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off in a month.
Working Hours: 10 am - 7 pm
