Chief Marketing Officer


Profile Summary


We are looking for a resilient, empathic,experienced and self-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our marketing team! You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success. As a CMO, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team by example.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Set marketing goals and objectives for both online & offline marketing.

  • Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy for Pan India starting initially with 5-6 states.

  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

  • Day to day working with in-house Marketing team & coordination with 3rd Party communication agencies.

  • Contribute to the overall growth of the company.

  • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation

  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”

  • Review and manage content marketing strategy.

  • Determine KPIs for the marketing department.

  • Keep the marketing budget in check.

  • Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.

  • Work with sales and development and customer success teams.

  • Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.

  • Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.

  • Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements.

  • Stay up to date with the latest technology.

  • Stay up to date with the latest best practices.

  • Attend marketing conferences and educational programs.

  • Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.


Desired Profile


  • Minimum 6 years experience in marketing preferably from FMCG/Health & Wellness Product Industry (Digital & Offline both)

  • Must be customer-centric.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools.

  • Creating Marketing campaigns through Google adwords & other Social Media platforms.

  • Social Media Management.

  • Knowledge of various Campaign analytics & Reports.

  • Regularly produce and present reports.

  • Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

  • Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • MBA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field from a reputed Institution.

  • Additional marketing certifications are a plus (Digital Marketing etc)

  • Preferred age group - 28 years to 35 years
