Position: Sr Social Media Manager/Social Media Head
Location: Faridabad (Delhi NCR)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Creating Social Media Strategy, budgets,targets and growing the social platforms
Able to analyze all social media analytics and device future plans.
Conceptualizing & creating entire Social Media Content in the form of videos, GIFs, stories, creatives, etc.
Writing all the post copies with hashtags. Posting all stories.
Manage all Social Media Platforms single-handedly.
Run Paid campaigns on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & Linkedin with proper analytics.
The Social Media Manager/Head should be able to demonstrate their content, technical management and communication skills.
Ensure engagement of the audience on the pages through regular posts and other activities.
To liaise with clients to get approval of campaigns and content, understanding their changing needs and adapting our approach to social media management for them accordingly.
Develop and implement. Best In Class. Social strategies for current & future clients.
Plan, update and oversee the social media calendar and ensure deliverables are received and deadlines are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and proven working experience in managing social media activities and campaigns.
Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
3 years of working in an agency (traditional) / digital agency / content shop etc would be great
Team handling experience.
Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
Develop relevant content, Monitor, Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
Solid analytical skills and ability to mine data for actionable insights.
Deep understanding of digital marketing.
Salary: Negotiable/Open/Not a Constraint/Best in the Industry
Working Days : 2nd & 4th Saturday Off in a month.
Working Hours : 10 am- 7pm
