Job Role: CEO/Director

Location: Noida (Sector 67)

Employment Type: Full-time


As our CEO/Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company. The role primarily focuses on business development activities, accounting for approximately 80% of your profile. The remaining 20% involves overseeing plant operations to ensure efficient production and logistics processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

Business Development (80%): Scaling the Business to newer heights

1. Develop and execute effective business strategies to drive growth and expand market share for our herbal products.

2. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to maximize sales and revenue.

3. Lead the sales and marketing teams in creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

4. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure long-term business success.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape through market research and analysis.

6. Collaborate with the product development team to identify and develop new products based on market demands.

7. Utilize digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and online advertising, to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

8. Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management.

Plant Operations Oversight (20%): Ensuring Robust Plant Operations

1. Provide leadership and guidance to the plant operations team, including production, logistics, and quality control.

2. Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the manufacturing plant, optimizing resources and processes to meet production targets.

3. Implement and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures to ensure the highest product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and supply chain, to manage inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery.

5. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

6. Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the plant and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production.


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a herbal/organic products company or pharmaceutical company.

2. Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

3. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability, with the capability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

4. Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

5. In-depth knowledge of the herbal products industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements.

6. Proficiency/knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools for brand promotion and customer acquisition.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.

9. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
