Key Responsibilities:
As a Sr Project Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
Sales Management: Overseeing sales activities across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential markets. Your focus will be on industries such as Schools, Hotels, Architects, Contractors, Builders, and more.
Opportunity Generation: Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating, and classifying new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
Client Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure sustainable financial growth.
Marketing & Business Development: Managing marketing activities, turnover, sales & profitability, market share, identification of new product requirements, forecasting, business development, and execution of orders.
Market Monitoring: Keeping an eye on industry trends, new projects, competitive activity, new customers, technological changes, and new offerings.
Policy Review: Reviewing frameworks, Central & State Government policies & incentives to formulate effective business strategies. Supporting and liaising with nodal agencies and government bodies.
Customer Engagement: Visiting customers, understanding their requirements, conducting site surveys, and preparing feasibility reports.
Billing & Recovery: Processing bills and following up for timely recovery of outstanding amounts due from customers.
