Role Overview: Area Sales Executive

Number of Positions- 2 (Noida- 1, Pune-1)


As an Area Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving sales for our IT infrastructure services. This is a high-impact, results-driven role where you’ll connect with prospects, develop tailored proposals, and secure business deals. Your main focus will be on selling IT equipment maintenance support, IT Facility Management Services, remote administration of in-premise or cloud servers, and IT hardware products.


Key Responsibilities:


- Achieve Sales Targets: Own and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.

- Prospect Engagement: Establish contact with potential clients, initiate cold calls, and follow up on leads.

- Proposal Preparation: Create compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.

- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales objectives.

- Client Feedback: Conduct regular meetings with customers to gather feedback on delivery performance.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery team to relay customer feedback and ensure service excellence.

- Timely Invoicing: Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.


Essential Skills:


- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.

- Business Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.

- Client Targeting: Proficiency in identifying prospects and targeting them with focused presentations.

- Customer-Centric Solutions: Expertise in understanding customer priorities and proposing appropriate solutions.

- MS-Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

- IT Services Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware support, cloud services, and remote administration.


Preferred Skills:


- CRM Tools: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is desirable.


Qualifications & Experience:


- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in selling IT services.

- Education: A graduate degree is preferred.

- Location: Opportunities available in Pune and Noida.
