Key Accounts Manager
We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development professional to contribute to the growth of our company for Sports technology products ( Sales and Services ) and Sports equipment.
Reports To : Director
Duties & Responsibilities
The resource would be required to travel extensively. - Planned business development / lead management / customer meetings. - Preparation of tenders / detailed offers / detailed project reports. - Regular and structured MIS presentations and periodic review. - Keep constant updates about related government / private investment developments, technological / policy changes in the domain. - Ensure timely and effective execution of projects undertaken. - Coordination with various SME's and OEM's and relationship building. - Commercial negotiations. - Long-term and short term business plan. Plan Vs achievement. - Opportunity mapping and structured competitor activity reporting
-Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. -Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services. -Professional yet affable disposition. -Neat, well-groomed appearance. -Great networking skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication. -Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. -Emboldened by challenges. - Proficiency in Excel / Presentation / Word Processing software
- Understanding of various Government Procurement Policies - Proficient knowledge of commercial / taxation / import .
- Understanding of basic IT Skills ,computer networking , software's etc.
Educational Qualification & Experience
Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
-Proficiency in Excel / Presentation / Word Processing software
-4-5 years of business development preferably in the Sports Industry
-Preferred age group - 25 years to 35 years
