Position: Asst Manager - Outbound Sales

Location: Faridabad (Delhi NCR)


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities

  • Work on Outbound & should be comfortable with cold calling and emailing

  • Should be willing to generate leads

  • Research and analyze sales options

  • Write content for Emailers, Cold Emails

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects

  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products

  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

  • Build and maintain professional networks

  • Meet with potential clients to determine their need


Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Experience in Sales of Similar Industry (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Competency in English

  • Knowledge of MS Office software

  • Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations

  • Fast learner and quick thinker

  • Passionate about sales

  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment

  • Should be an expert in running Linkedin Campaigns & Sales Navigator


Salary: Negotiable/Open/Not a Constraint plus performance based incentives
